21 Review

Adele's 21 provides listeners with a introspective and beautiful journey of a turmoil relationship. The disc opens up with Rolling Deep, a snarky soulful song that aggressively jabs and taunts at her ex. With lines "you're going to wish you never met me, you had my heart in your hands and you played it to the beat" Adele is hurt and you're definitely going to hear about it. 21's subject picks up were 19 left off, proclaiming the undying love of another and believing that it will last. As listeners witness the bitterness and hopefulness in Adele's voices, they can't help but identify with the underlying message- my love is sacred and won't be taken lightly. With 21 slated to opened up to big numbers Adele has carved out a winning formula. There are millions of hopeless romantics wanting to express it.

Stand out tracks: Turning Tables, Don't You Remember, Set Fire to The Rain, He Won't Go, Someone Like You.
